Site Entertainment Registration Form

 

Please fill in your  information below regarding the interest of you or your group performing at the Convoy of Hope outreach.  You can register you/your group to perform at Convoy of Hope by using the email form below: (please ensure you enter your email address correctly so we can send you email updates).  You can also fill out and print and mail to the mailing address at bottom of this form.

Remember:  
Transitions must be within 15 minutes for groups.  This includes sound check & level adjustments. 
*Music sources, such as cassettes and CD’s, must be cued and clearly labeled.
*Equipment provided will include sound system, mics, mic stands & music stands, CD / Cassette player, CD Player, keyboard, and an electric drum kit.  Please bring guitar amps, direct boxes and instrument cables.

Music selections should focus on reaching unchurched people.  Please consider what will be relevant to those attending the event. 

Dress should be comfortable and modest.  Come prepared for possible inclement weather.

Each stage participant must report to the Site Entertainment Coordinator 30 minutes prior to set time.  The SEC will be in the main stage area.  Please don’t expect him to look for you.  Be punctual & prepared. 

This year the COH Leadership Team is encouraging all stage participants to serve at least 1-2hrs before or after your scheduled set in some area other than site entertainment.  It’s our desire that each participant get involved in ministry with the many people who will attend the event & not just perform.
